My SSD- Are these results OK? 850 EVO SSD 250 GB

HI again,

I am having stuttering issues with my PC. I have done EVERYTIHNG under the sun to fix it to no avail. I thought maybe my samsung 850 evo (250GB) may be the culprit, since my OS is on it.

Would my SSD boot drive cause stuttering/ bad performance in game, EVEN if the game isn't on that drive?

Iv'e attached a screenshot below of the Samsung Magician test i ran on my SSD.

No, your boot disk wouldn't cause stuttering and those results look normal for a SATA SSD. How much RAM do you have (size and number of DIMMS)?
