Question My SSD randomly disconnects ?

Hi guys
I have a kingston 3,5 ssd, it randomly disconnects while the pc is on, the pc starts to lag but doesn t enter blue screen.If i restart it, task manager only shows up the m2, if i restart it once more it shows up like nothing happened. The weird thing is that it still shows it in Bios.I have changed both sata cable to motherboard and the power cable from PSU.
I'm running windows 11.
Did this thing happened to any of you and know what causes the problem?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard?

Try a different sata port on the mobo see if it makes a diff.

Most kingston storage devices are poor quality.

I mean yeah they may be poor quality, but so random i don't think so

Replace it.
And avoid Kingston SSDs, if possible.
