My SSD storage capacity decreased 23GB with the latest Windows 10 update

Yesterday previous to this latest april windows 10 update my SSD went from 34 GB left to 11 GB, is this normal? how big is this damn update?

The update files are still sitting out there, probably. Go to disk cleanup, then advanced, and nuke ‘em.

Start+R ---> "%temp%" ---> Ctrl+A ---> Delete.

Windows Update related files are stored in C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution

Stop the Windows Update Service and delete all of those files if disk cleanup doesn't.

On one of my secondary systems...there is 19.7GB waiting to be cleaned up from that.

I went to disk cleanup and there's nothing too big to remove

Yeah, I found the old windows files, I ended up reversing the update since a few apps weren't working. Still my storage is not the same before the update.

Before update I had 34 GB free

Now that I reverted 26GB free so some files still somewhere..
