Hello, everyone, I have a question.
Yesterday, I had some troubles with my OS (because of a Windows update) so I decided to reinstall Windows 10. Everything worked fine, until I had to make the disk partitions. The software only configured a space of 27 GB. I just followed the process as the official HP page shows, thinking that maybe that was normal, but It seems that after the update my OS isn't recognizing the space my disk has. Here's a photo of what my Laptop is showing:
I tried to reinstall Windows 10 but it didn't change anything at all. Also, here's a screenshot of the Disk Management:
I was hoping to see the 500 GB that aren't detected showed as "Unallocated" but they aren't there and I don't know what else I should do.
Specifications:
The disk I have: INTEL HBRPEKNX0202AH 512 GB SSD (but now is showing as HBRPEKNX0202AHO)
Laptop: Omen 15-ek0013dx
Thanks!
