Question My SSDs suddenly dont work

Hi guys! I have 2 SSDs on my pc a samsung 860 EVO and a WDC WDS250G first time I installed I made coppies of big file in no time and one day I made a copy of 3 GB and got me over a minute so I opened task manager and realized that they are at 0% and showing no activity what caused this?

The requested list of your hardware specs would need to include...all the hardware.
Drives, motherboard, CPU, RAM...all that stuff.
Make/model/size.
