Hi please help me on this. I need to upgrade my system RAM so I installed new "transcend 4G 1Rx8 ddr3 1333 U" 4GB ram and it is shown in BIOS as 4GB RAM is present. Since when I boot my windows with this ram my system keeps on boot looping and restarting but working fine with my old RAMS(2 2GB Transcend RAM).

My mother board is intel DH55TC.
and the support link is (http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/boards-and-kits/desktop-boards/000005869.html). I don't understand what they are saying. Please try to figure out my problem. Below is the pic of my RAM.

Thanks.

Solution
1| inspect your ram to see if the ram has ram chips on both it's sides or one one side. Do this for all your ram sticks(old and new) and get back to us.
2| Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date?
3| I can't help but doubt that your'e mixing your exiting 2x2GB sticks of ram with your newly bought 4GB of ram. Is that true?
4| Intel boards have been known to be nitpicky so it possible that the quality of your ram isn't on par to the boards standard. I've had to deal with the same issue on a number of Intel boards.
