My system doesn’t turn on with my new gpu

Hi, I have been trying to jump into VR for a while and so I got a new gpu. My system works fine without it but when I plug it in the system doesn’t work and the only thing that remains on is the gpu light indicating power, someone pls help.

Specs:
Ryzen 5 1400
(Motherboard) ASRock AB350 Pro4
(GPU)ASUS Gtx 1060 dual
(PSU) Corsair CX650M
