My system keeps crashing

My computer today has frozen 3 times and I keep having to hit the reset button. When I look in the event viewer it says "Idle power management features on processor 3 in group 0 are disabled due to a firmware problem. Check with the computer manufacturer for updated firmware." and it has processor 2, 1, and 0 also listed as errors.

Well, first thing to do there is to update the firmware (BIOS) using the newest version. You can find the newest version from your OEM or motherboard maker.
