Question My system keeps turning on and then shutting off, how do I fix this?

I have had my system for almost a month now and it’s worked great, but it was always a little loud so I tuned the fans. I didn’t change them that much but when I went to save and turn my computer on, it gets stuck in a loop of turning on and then off. The Dbug leds flashes CPU,DRAM,VGA,CPU,DRAM,VGA, CPU and then shuts off.

Try to reset CMOS and see if it will boot.

I ended up removing the GPU and it somehow worked.
