My system powers up, but doesn't post

System Specs:
Ryzen 7 1700
Gigabyte AB350 Gaming
1×16gb corsair vengeance ddr4 3000
Kingston 240gb
Gtx 1070 mini


Tried clearing the CMOS jumper, replacing the battery. Both times the power cable was unplugged and I drained the power supply before I did any of this.

I am pretty new to PC building, only completed 2 builds and now I'm building my new PC. I've never experienced this before and if someone can point me in the right direction, that'll be great.

The Ryzen 7 1700 does not have internal graphics. What graphics card are you using?

Sorry forgot to mention that I have a gtx 1070 mini from zotac
