my system wont boot after power failure

Hey there we are having some power crisis in our country so this morning light suddenly went off without any schedule. . My system was working fine as it is my new build so everything was running so nice and smooth but when I tried to power it back on when the light came up, it doesnot start at all. tried starting it with chasis button n mobo button but nothing helped. The led on mobo stays lighted and active but when I power it on it shows 00 code on mobo and cpu fan starts for 5 sec n then powers off again while the start and reset button stays on but system doesnot boot

My specs are
I7 4770k
Asus maximus vi hero
16gb 8×2 1866 corsair vengeance rams
Thermaltake 3.0 water performer liquid cooling
Kingston 120gb ssd
Wd 4tb hdd
Samsung dvd odd
Thermaltake 730 smart se psu
Nvidia Gt 630 2gb graphics card ( which is the only old thing im running on this new build)
Plz help on this ... I hv tried disconnecting hdd sdd odd one ram n cleaning things but nothing seems to work

did you have a surge protector??

either the psu has died or your motherboard is shot....so first of all check with a different psu i strongly think its a psu problem..

Yes I have a surge protector in which I placed my cpu power cable monitor and modem

Happen to me 2 weeks ago with the same board , my HERO board is now toast , I get a faint light and the same code.

I also had surge protection and I put in a brand new EVGA supply , but still dead.

I dont have another psu so I tried using a psu from old system I just powered the mobo with it 20 or so on pin connector.. It started the mobo with fan.
Is it really psu issue or something else? As blackbird mentioned he was having same problem and he changed the psu as well

Yep , I HAVE A DEAD HERO board right next to me , $200.00 down the drain. 🙁

m really sorry to hear that but i think if u send it back to the shop from where u bought it, they will exchange it if warranty is still there because i think whatever it is , its their product fault
i have contacted the shop from where i bought this rig few weeks ago, told him the problem i m having booting the system, he said its not psu fault its mobo fault. he asked me to send him back the product and he will exchange it for me.
am jst waiting for the procedure he asked me to do before sending it.
if it really works i will try to exchange VI hero with VII hero.
do u think its worth exchanging to VII hero? if they agree to
