My t-23 laptop is stuck in safe mode

how do i get out of safe mode.my screen is black with safe mode at each cornner.

Reboot the PC. If it only starts in Safe Mode, best fix is to re-install Windows.

how do you re-start windows.

re-install, not restart. Best way is to buy a hew hard-drive and an external USB enclosure for your old drive, install XP on that, and restore your files from the old drive.

From the sound of things, you probably want to get someone with some computer experience to help you though.
