Solution
TheNubGaming66, since I do not know what make/model your tablet is, it will be difficult to be specific. Most of the charging ports are micro USB and soldered unto the logic board. A repair of the port would require you to disassemble your tablet, and to (most likely) de-solder the old port and replace it with a new one. Sometimes, it is just the solder that has come loose and might be fixable by just re-soldering. Replacement ports, if it is a standard connector, are usually available at places like Mouser.com or Digikey.com. Hope this helps, good luck.
There are a few things that influence charging speed:
1: Heat of the battery. Charging will stop if the battery gets too hot. Excessive heat also shortens the lifespan of the battery.
2: Age of the battery - if it's more than a couple of years old, it could help to replace the battery
3: Power of the charger - the more amps the charger can deliver, the faster it will charge.

"1. I can't play While charging" - a higher power charger will help with this, but this costs money and also increases heat.
2 & 3: just check it's not getting hot. Don't charge it one something like a bed or couch. Put it somewhere where air can flow around it

My Tablet's Micro USB connector is the problem, not the battery

Then that's what you need to fix.
