My Temps are weird

Okay so I just put a modest oc onto my 6600k to 4ghz my cooler is a cryorig h5. I ran aida64 for like 30 mins and the hottest I got to is like 43c this just doesn't seem right imo. I know that skylake runs cooler than previous generations but it shouldn't be that cool.
Any help or advice is appreciated.

No that seems about right seeing as the heatsink is rated for almost double the heat output of your CPU.

Seeing it's such a small overclock, it's probably running at 105 Watts which is well below what your cooler is rated for, that's why your temps are so low.
