Lets start with i have no idea what is TMPIN0
My TMPIN1 is around 33C and TMPIN2 is around 53

my guestion is what is TMPIN0 and should i be worried much about it?

What is your system? AMD? How are you measuring the temperatures? -69C is not possible.
