Question My touchpad is not functioning properly ?

My 2006 Lenovo touchpad is having function issues such as scrolling with 2 fingers, switching tabs with 3 fingers or switching desktops with 4 fingers.

I suspect it may be a driver issue , I'm desperate to fix it.🙏🙏

We know that the laptop is made by Lenovo and is from 2006 but you didn't mention the model of the laptop. In fact an SKU will help us two fold. Might want to see if you can use CPU-Z to show what BIOS version you're on and to add, yes it could be a driver issue. What OS are you working with? If Windows 10, what version?
