My tritton Warhead 7.1 mic is not working.

Ive tried solutions that Tritton themselves have given me but no luck. Everything works but the mic, even the led on the mic works! There is no voice going into the mic

Does another mic work? Go into the sound card software, and make sure the mic is on and not muted.

I am having the same issue. Had it for a week and now all of a sudden the mic won't work. What were the solutions Tritton had you try?

i'll take it a step further, the ONLY sound mine gives is the game volume. can't t hear any chat talk and my mic doesn't work. i have synced it time and again but same results.

Yea I cant do that cuz the Trittons are meant for my 360.
