My turtle beach x11's not picking up my voice

Hello, heres my problem. I have a pair of x11s and they were working fine up untill now, When i chat to my friends they can barely hear me and the PS3 does not pick up my voice when i try it. Any solutions?

How long have you had them? Sometimes some of the smaller wires can wear out if they are always being bent and twisted around. I would also check on the turtle beach website for frequently asked questions there might be something there that can help you.

Check all your connections, I don't know about you but my Turtlebeachs have about 4 points of connection between the headset and the computer/xbox/whatever. Also check to see if you have a switch on yours that goes between pc/ps3 to xbox. Sometimes you have to move this switch to the pc/ps3 side and then move it back to the xbox side for it to kick in.

Ive had them for about 6 months.. and i turn my PS3 off for the night, use it the next day and its working again! but it only works for a few hours.. Thanks for the responses guys
