Can't find upstream snr

The internet is constantly dropping at least every 20 minutes and resting the router and modem does nothing. When the internet is up, it loads super slow. I don't have dsl. My service provider is xfinity but they don't know what to do. The modem gets green power and green downstream but it gets stuck on blinking blue upstream. The coax cable is directly from the wall to the modem. Please help its been like this for days.

The signal levels show a poor quality connection. You should first check the cable connection from the wall to the modem. Check to be sure the cable is in good condition and the connections are secure. You may be able to resolve a bad connection by removing and then re-tightening the connections. There should not be any splitters other than those installed by the ISP.

If the cable to the modem looks fine, then you may need to do more investigating to avoid a visit from your provider. It may take checking everything from the point the ISP connects to your home to the wall plate feeding the modem, and the problem may not be obvious. Many times the problem is where the cables connect to each other (e.g. wall plates and splitters). Old barrel connectors are sometimes the culprit.

If you need to verify the signal levels from the ISP, you could try to connect the modem close to the point where it feeds into the home.
