Question My USB 3.0 are only working for one USB

Ive got a recently bought case with 2-usb 3.0 and 1-usb 2.0 slots at the front. It was working fine for sometime until suddenly I noticed that both 3.0 slots are no longer working for any of my USBs (ive got 3 USBs) and even my phone cannot be read it always says not recognized BUT those usb 3.0 slots are only working for my Cruzer fit 32gb Sandisk USB.
Ive tried google but all their issues are USB not working at all, while mine is only working for one USB

Try reinstalling USB3 drivers, USB3 is usually on separate controller.

Thanks for replying I already did that but same thing happen it has an error "A request for the USB device descriptor failed" perhaps it could help find the fix
