Question my video doesn't record when i use Nvidia nvenc HEVC as encoder

Im trying to record some videos with obs so i was searching conifgs to get better resolution then i saw that nvidia HEVC is better than nvenc h.264 but when i swap to nvidia nvenc and i start recording it doesn't capture anything, just the audio. My drivers are updated and i can record fine with nvenc h.264 but not like the quality as nvenc HEVC. Theres a way that i could use HEVC? My graphic card is an rtx 3070

I fixed it installing an encoding pack that comes with h.265

just search for k lite codec pack on google and go to downloads then download the basic bundle and thats all. it comes with h.265 and some more codecs video
