[SOLVED] My video player has whited out colors and I can't seem to fix it.

My video player has whited out colors and I can't seem to fix it. If I upload the video to youtube the colors are normal but when I try to watch my clips on the media player, they look like this.

Does it look like that all the time? even if not in media player?

As since it doesn't show on YouTube it might be the monitor, as the GPU isn't rendering it.
could try another display cable.

I record with the Nvidia thingy. In the Nvidia settings I can watch the video I just recorded with the said player, and within the Nvidia player it's doesn't look like that, It's normal. I've tried different video players like KM player but nothing works.

It's also completely normal once I upload it to Youtube, the colors are only whited out within the video player(s), not including the Nvidia one.

so any video player on PC will show as white except the Nvidia player?

which version of windows? 10 or 11?
I only ask as media player is being replaced in 11, though I don't know if its live yet or not.

what are specs of the PC?

its not hdr or something like that?

hmm, try going into nvidia control panel and change gamma/brightness there for video color settings

seems it works in Nvidia programs but no where else on PC. Also works after being uploaded, so its only in playback locally its all wrong?
