Hey guys, so I bought a computer from the company know as Ibuypower, the computer I bought is the Snowblind Element, with a GTX 1080, i5-8600k, and Aurous gaming 3 Z370 motherboard, keep in mind this was a prebuilt. So here’s my problem, I can plug the Videoport cable into my new monitor because the videoport on the computer is being covered by a rubber stop, but the main issue is that I can’t remove thou rubber stop because it is being blocked by the back of computers intake. Here is a picture if you need more detail

I’m thinking about returning it to Ibuypower and them fixing it, but that would take an extra week, and I am not the most patient when it comes to packages. So if anyone has a solution, that would be amazing.
Cheers!

Solution
You will have to remove the graphics card, shouldn't be too hard if your not sure how to do it just do a quick google and you'll find what you need.
Oh jeez, well here’s the main problem, if I do and break something, then it’s on me. Is there any other solution? Like i noticed there’s s bit of sag on the graphics card, maybe is I try tilting it how it’s suppose to be, maybe the rubber will lower enough to where I can it off and put the videoport cable in. Do you think that would work?

Well the card shouldn't be sagging in the first place if installed correctly. Don't push the card down anymore the connection to the motherboard is very weak and breaks easily. Honestly don't see any other way to fix it other than taking it to a professional. Don't be intimidated by the though of opening the PC up it less complex than you think you will just have to unscrew two screws unplug the card and push down on a lever to get the card out, thats it, take 5 minutes.

I’m talking about pushing it up a little bit to see if it lets the rubber part out the hold of the white backplate, if it fails then I guess I’ll try to take the GPU out. Kinda sucks how it came like this :/.

Yeah could give it a go, sorry i dont have a better option for you mate. Where did you get it from? Pretty slack of them.
Anyway good luck
