My Videos and Downloads folders are linked

Both folders are either called downloads or videos. If I change the directory of one to the right directory, it changes, and the name updates, but the other one also changes to that directory and get's its name as well.

The shell folder values need to be fixed using the registry editor. Information / REG file in this link (merged shell folders) should help.
