If you put in water with no bubbles, where do the bubbles start? At the pump? Sounds like something to do with a loose fitting or maybe the pump internals, if that's where it's happening.
I am about to drain my GPU loop and flush it with clean destilled water, because I suspect that there is something wrong with the water. Its like soap water.
Whats the best/easiest way to drain everything in a loop?
I hope you installed one of this little guys ;http://www.koolance.com/water-cooling/product_info.php?product_id=739

minimize if possible the amount of 90 deg. fittings if you can, tried tightening the screws on the waterblock till they cant tighten no more (don't strip the threads !),you may have bad block
Maybe the OP is on to something....perhaps its NOT really bubbles (just discoloration of the fluid?)...or if they are bubbles.....caused by whatever additive...contaminant...
what coolant are you using? i see the thermaltake garbage do this all the time. switch to something like feser one or just use distilled water but if your using that green crap you will never get rid of it.
.
there is nothing wrong with the thermaltake garbage eveyone has there favs companys i see.
as for the bubbles i had the same thing happen couldnt get the bubbles out and it keep making more. i was really getting pissed!!
this is what i did it took about 15 mins but got all the bubbles out and never had a prob since. tap and flick the hell out of the tubing were the bubbles are and follow them till they hit the res. i repeated this though out the both loops like i said took about 15 mins.
Yes, the Thermaltake garbage is garbage. Distilled water is best. The problem with posts like these is that you are simply going from biased word-of-mouth vs. actual proof that a product is legitimate according to the standards you say it is. There are many accounts on many more dedicated cooling forums in which TT, Feser, etc coolants have 'gunked' up the insides of people's pumps and blocks.
