I just built my pc and both my Wifi and Bluetooth connections are really weak. I'm not sure if there's much I can do with the Wifi connection, my pc is far away from the WiFi, but can I fix the Bluetooth connection? When I use my airpods the audio connection buffers if I even turn my head away from my pc a little.

My pc:
CPU: Ryzen AMD 5 7600x
Cooler: NZXT Kraken 360
Motherboard: MSI B650 EDGE wifi ATX
SSD: Corsair Force MP600 CORE XT SSD 2TB PCIe 4.0 M.2
Ram: Corsair Vengance RGB DDR5-5600 32GB CL40 Dual Channel
GPU: Gigabyte Geforce RTX 4060
SSD: Samsung 870 EVO SSD 1TB 2.5'' SATA 600
PSU: Corsair RM750
Case: NZXT H9 Elite

Check for a source of local 2.4GHz radio frequency interference. It’s a very crowded frequency band. It could be a domestic appliance (e.g. microwave oven), unshielded interference from a PC component, and/or channel overlap from another wifi network.

Should I switch to the 5 or 6GHz frequency band if I'm on the 2.4GHz?
