Question My wifi connection is working, but ethernet isn't

I got fiber internet installed recently, less than a week ago, and so far wireless connection is working great. The problem is with the ethernet connection, which doesnt seem to work. When i plug the cable in my desktop, it shows up that it's trying to identify the network and after a few seconds it shows "unidentified network".

I have tried to:
-Switch pc's to see if the problem persisted, and it does;
-Switch the ethernet cable and port on the router - no luck;
-Set my ipv4 and ipv6 dns addresses and ip to find automatically
-Turned the router off and on again

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

do you mean you have use wi-hi and ethernet on the same pc or 2 different pc's
If you stop using wi-fi then try ethernet on the same machine you must go into the relavant settings and turn your wi-hi tab off.

I tried connecting the ethernet cable on 2 different pc's and on both the problem was the same.

Yes I have

Try disabling ipv6.
