My WiFi won't work

I can't connect to WiFi I always have the red x and when I try to click on it it doesn't do anything please help thank you

Hi,
Go to the device manager and then network adapters to check if the adapter is enabled.

How do I know if it is enabled

Expand the Network Adapters, click on the adapter once then right click on it. It should be second on the list, just right below "Update Driver".

Yep, uh maybe try to update the driver? Is your device a laptop or desktop?

You could try to disable and enable it again.

Okay, try right clicking it and selecting Open Network and Sharing Center and try to set up a new connection.
