my window 7 is not sharing my xp file and folder

Did you share it or just expecting it to be setup on it's own? And what do you mean by your XP file and folder, do you have an old XP directory on the computer you are trying to share? Need more details as to what you are trying to do and what is happening, with any error messages.

Or do you have a computer with XP and you are trying to share something from that to your Windows 7 computer or vice versa?
