My Window won’t boot up from HDD but will only boot up if thumbdrive is plug in that is content window 10

It all started that i wanted to clean the whole computer up so i refresh the computer is said it run some problems and from that point i used the rufus and download a copy of window 10 into the thumbdrive before everything happen i change my paste for my cpu and it boot up just fine, after that i just casual go into bootable drive and boot up window 10 which took 5-10 mins I thought it was perfectly normal, long story short after installing I restarted my comp and screen was leave with “ _ “ for the last 10 min and not booting up so i when to boot up drive and it show “windows boot manager”
I press it and it bring me back to desktop. CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE
