[SOLVED] My windows 10 Computer is showing Yellowish Tinted screen

I have recently updated my computer but just after the update my windows 10 20h2 turned into a Yellowish screen everything is working fine but the screen's color got changed in my pc Night mode is also turned off and the drivers of the grafics card are also updated

My build version is 19042.1620

I have AMD FX 6300 6 core processor
16gb ram
AMD RX 560 4gb grafics

Yeah my night mode is turned off even I tried to to turn onn and off to see if it works but it didn't worked
