my windows 7, many 10 digit folder and processes problem

i have a windows 7 laptop that i use as my gaming computer/laptop and i recently fixed it cause it got a blue screen and now its even worse the mouse dont work and the internet dont work corectly but the most annoying thing is that it has over 100 folders and processes called things like Z8H038DTT4 and they all have 10 digit names and they all have installers that dont work and i cant delete them becouse they are all open but i cant close them all or delete them cause it would take to long time is there anything that could help if so please tell me. it makes my computer very slow and i will ask for help with the other problems later. so please help me and sorry for my bad english.

Start at the beginning, you said you fixed it, how? Did you re-install Windows? Did you use a real legal copy of Windows? Do you have hidden and system files showing up? Are you using torrents or anything that would make it easy to be infected with a virus?
