I don't know how to fix this problem and it is getting worse as the days go on. I can't fix it on youtube either due to there not being a hardware button i know of. it didn't start until I got a Netflix app, but now I don't know how to fix it and I can only watch videos when my computer will let me, which is about 5% of the time. someone help!!!!!! I don't know how to fix it!!!

Solution

Try this guide:
a. Open Internet Explorer.
b. Click the Tools button or press Alt key + X, and then click Internet Options.
c. Click the Advanced tab, and then browse to the Accelerated graphics section.
d. Click to select the Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering check box.
e. Click Apply, and then click OK.
f. Close all open Internet Explorer...

Works for me too yay : )

I did a restart and it worked, thanks very much.

I basically have the same issue, however before my screen started being green, few weeks ago till now, every time I watched videos on especially facebook , there would be weird black negative (effect) pixels and now there is a total green screen with sound. It's really frustrating and I'm personally using Google Chrome so the Internet Explorer solution can't really work for me.
Sorry about the poor english

ive tried to do what you said about internet explorer but when I go into the tools button it wont let me click on internet options... don't know what to do now
