[SOLVED] my windows game bar doesn't update

So basically I had to reinstall windows. After reinstalling them, i downloaded all updates available and my windows game bar doesn't update to the newer version.even after downloading every single update.Please help me out here. I can't move it, I can't do anything except pressing those record buttons and volume change.

so click on windows tab,go up to apps and features, scroll down to game bar and click on it. Click on advanced features, go to repair and see if that helps.
