My windows restarts and closes in an endless loop.

My PC is in endless loop of restart. It says windows 10 ran into a problem and will restart in a minute. I have the latest version of Windows 10. I saw some fixes where they would reinstall Windows but I had it pre installed digitally so I can't install it again. Please help. It also shows an SENS something in the notification bar and shuts down and starts again. I really really need a help.

I really do not see why re-installing is not an option first I would try the recovery option though your key for windows is installed to that machine and so there will be no problem just download a copy off the Microsoft page.

How do I do this when my computer is not even starting? It restarts in in every 10 seconds.
