my windows say not geniue , how to fix it ?!

how to fix when windows say : not geniue , and the desktop get black and not with some little words on right like happend to alot of people . I tryed to uninstal some updates but it does not work . can anybady tell me how to fix it easy = my computer its fujistu siemens , and windows 7 =

well.. is it genuine? or pirated?


You not given us much to go on.. but If it genuine.. then you should have the windows key.. so should be able to call the supplier of your PC.. or Microsoft and get it sorted out..

Start button, Right click on Computer, select Properties.
At the bottom, there is the "Windows Activation" info

Assuming you have a valid activation key, click on "Change product key".
You might have to go through the MS phone robot to activate, or even call a human at MS.

If you have a valid key, they can sort it out. If not,you'll have to buy one.

i dont know if is pirated , but when i log on on my user on my laptop , windows say : your computer its not geniue :\

Well...Windows thinks it is not genuine. Where did you get it? Was the OS already installed?
