Question My Xeon E3-1230v2 running on above boost clock

Hi, I'd recently bought an Intel Xeon E3-1230v2 on Aliexpress... But, I did notice something. My processor running at 4.06GHz when idle (~4% cpu usage) while the Intel max boost speed is 3.7GHz (Source from Intel Official site). Is that normal or is there anything wrong with the BIOS settings? Thanks for replying....

Intel Xeon E3-1230v2
32GB DDR3 RAM (1600MHz)
Gigabyte B75M-D3H (Rev 1.1)
Sapphire Pulse RX 5500XT 8GB

Which BIOS version are you on? If your BIOS is pending an update, gradually work your way from where you're currently at to the latest version, working your way up.

Lastest version BIOS, it was F15 version... I dont think it because of outdated BIOS, if my BIOS was I cannot get into windows. But do you think its fine or there is something wrong with my processor?
