I have a problem with my XFX R 570 4GB edition it suddenly started restarting its drivers randomly while playing in non-demanding games and in demanding games as well and sometimes the games give me a time out error after the drivers finish restarting.

The problem started while i was playing dark souls remastered i was just walking around and noticed some random things were stretched i didn't mind it at first and then sometimes more things started to stretch i ignored it thinking it will just go away when i reopen the game and then after abit when i entered the boss fight the drivers crashed and the game gave me a timeout error and it kept happening a couple of times after that so i tried different games to see if the problem was from my gpu or was it just the game, i tried opening games like Valorant and League of legends and still the drivers kept crashing .

Note: it runs just fine in a stress test like Furmark it runs at the same fps as i saw other Rx 570s run at and it reaches 65 °C max temp after stress testing for 30 minutes and it didn't crash while stress testing and it was stable and the max Watt was 125W

And also the drivers don't crash while idle or just browsing.

I bought the graphics card second hand afew months ago and it was working just fine and I'm sure it wasn't used for mining

My specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte ga-h61m-s2p
Cpu: Intel core i5 3470
Ram: 1333mhz 2x4Gbs of ram one is Hynix the other is kingstone
Gpu: XFX Rx 570 4Gb
Psu: XPG Pylon 450W 80 Plus Bronze Certified

Things i tried so far that didn't work :
Deleting the graphics drivers from device manager and then restarting the pc and then reinstalling the drivers+ software by doing a full setup. I tried factory resetting the setting from the Amd software and resetting the shader cache. Tried reducing the power limit by -10 still nothing

Gpu-Z

How old is the PSU in your build?

Motherboard: Gigabyte ga-h61m-s2p
BIOS version for your motherboard?

Ram: 1333mhz 2x4Gbs of ram one is Hynix the other is kingstone
Mismatched sticks of ram can and will be the root cause of instability. You're advised to work with a ram kit, not two different sticks of ram.

Deleting the graphics drivers from device manager and then restarting the pc and then reinstalling the drivers+ software by doing a full setup.
You're advised to use DDU to remove all GPU drivers from your system(Intel, Nvidia and AMD) and then manually reinstall with the latest driver sourced from AMD's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator

Sorry for the late reply.

I just bought the psu a month ago and my Bios version is FH.

and thank you for the Ram and DDU tips.

also i would like to an update to my case, i used windows update to scan for any update that i might be missing and it just found a couple of firewall updates but after those update my pc became more stable and started crashing less but it for some reason was only using the minimum about of Vram speed and gpu clock so i tried disabling idle mode through msi afterburner and it started using the normal speeds again but now the crashes happen whenever i try to change my fan settings through the Amd software.

and i have tried running more Furmark tests and they are still scoring high and the drivers still don't crash while stress testing.

And now i have tried using DDU to uninstall my drivers and then i restarted my pc and then installed the new drivers and the problem is still present but now it's happening in normal tasks as well like browsing and it happens at random times.
