Question MyPC doesn't use all memory in games

Hello, I upgraded my new laptop with 8 gb ram sticks.
I have 4gb solvered, DDR4/3200 MHZ.
And added a DDR4 stick 8gb. System see this module, and show is available.
But in games, my system use only 4 gb solvered, and starting ram in dual channel mode.
How to solve this problem? (bios see 12 gb too)

Yeah, but game lagging and dont wanna use second memory stick

Sure, I doing memory check now.
Windows show 12 gb. I have reserved 2gb for Vega 6. And 9,8 gb available for using.
I updated my bios to latest version, and check driver updates, I have the latest version everywhere.

I’m a little bit nervous now, because I installed new 8gb module with same frequency, timings and etc like in my old module old 4gb module

All memory test's is ok, i tested my memory with MemTest and Windows Memory Test(mdsched) too.
