All of these hotspot software just uses Microsoft Virtual Wifi technology and is always unstable since Windows 7. Will eventually (actually very soon) fail after you use it for a while. Have tried it several times in the past.

Just buy a cheap wifi router.

Yeah bro i understand , infact i need this MYPUBLICWIFI APP because i have successfully found how to put my login page hotspot on it.
I think i will take a new laptop on Windows 7 to make this work properly

Change the start to 192.168.6.1 and end to 192.168.6.254

You need to assign a different network than the one your laptop uses to connect to the router.

You can try the DNS address as 192.168.5.1 (that is the router/gateway) or assign to Google's as previously mentioned (8.8.8.8).

Well done. I am certain the OP is dealing with a configuration issue. Seems his router that the laptop connects to, was on the same network as the intended clients.

Your success clearly shows different networks, as appropriate. Hopefully this example will help resolve the misconfiguration.

One possibility is that the laptop goes into sleep mode.

To use OP's laptop as hotspot for smartphone, the laptop must be on all the time when the smartphone needs internet

Is it worth OP the trouble?

Tried this also but it will not accept to change the start ip to 192.168.6.1 , it need it in 192.168.5.1 ... i dont know what to try else...

Understood. Then look at changing the IP range your router is using to assign addresses to your laptop.

You are working with what should be two networks. One managed by your router. And one managed by your laptop using the application.

They can't use the same 192.168.5.x network. Look at the other example posted.
