mystartsearch chrome/IE problem

Hello, I have a problem with my Google Chrome and IE. Somehow I probably installed som software, which set my homepage to the mystartsearch.com. Also that site opens when i launch Chrome or IE. I looked for solutions on google, tried everything, but it is still there. Even, when it seems, it is finally away, when I restart pc and run Chrome it is there again. I uninstalled everything that looked suspicious, downloaded some utility programs, which I found on google, but it didnt work. I want to ask if there is any other option than uninstalling Chrome and then install it back. Thanks

Although I think the best part of Chrome is the ability to easily reinstall while still keeping all the settings, you can try to install free version of Malwarebytes. I had similar problem before, for installing an application. Malwarebytes cleaned it up for me but whenever I run that bugged application, it reinstalled the search and modified my browser.
So, run Malwarebytes but try to search which application that causes that problem.
