Question Mysterious disappearing mouse arrow!

I have an older HP 2000 that HAD Windows 7 now upgraded to Windows 10!

When I connect a second monitor to the VGA output, the mouse arrow disappears on the original (first) laptop display screen, but is clearly visible on the additional external VGA connected second screen.

I've read a LOT of posts when a second connected monitor is connected, the mouse disappears on the SECOND DISPLAY, not on the first original display.

How do I fix this?

Thoughts/solutions anyone?

graphics card is an AMD Radeon HD 6310 Graphics

then your mouse appers on only one monitor,
there are boundaries on top and bottom of the screen, so you will have to force the mouse a bit more to get to the other screen.

try to get the mouse most right or most left to check if the mouse is getting to the other screen
