News Mysterious Intel Arc 140T graphics engine significantly outpaces Xe2 Lunar Lake iGPU

That and/or it's what's going in Arrow Lake 'T' desktop CPU's 🤔 (~35W sustained, ~90W peak [or at least that's how Core i5 14500T and other Intel 'T' CPU's were designed, which I personally dislike as it requires a larger power brick).

Or...

the benchmark sucks, because Arrowlake using a modified Alchemist architecture while Lunarlake is using the much more powerful and efficient Battlemage/Xe2.
Arrow Lake mobile is getting Battlemage or Xe2 cores for the iGPU, unlike the desktop which gets Xe cores. Arrow Lake H might be a pretty decent competitor to Strix Point as already 140V in Lunar Lake is doing well against 880/890M.

Very good performance for IGPU (if benchmark is real), for gaming laptop maybe not much important, but for laptop which not coming with discrete GPU is a good news.

According to leaks, Arrow Lake-H, -HX, and -U is going to be using the same graphics tile as is currently in Meteor Lake. Essentially, Arrow Lake-H, -HX, and -U are Meteor Lake designs with updated compute tiles.
