Mysterious "Local Disk F" randomly showing up on my PC.

A drive called "Local Disk F" has randomly appeared on my PC. When I go to "This PC" it says that I have 46.0MB of 453MB but when I click on the drive its empty. Could this be a virus?

Are you on the newest Windows 10 update 1803? This is a known issue with it.

The most recent update from a few weeks ago has caused this issue.

This is a common issue. I've seen dozens of cases of this here in the last week or so.
