Question Mystery b2 post code

hey there all.
First time poster in deep doo.
Issue: PC boots up, shows gpu screen, shows mobo screen, monitor turns off no more output. Motherboard says b2.
Reboot is perm black screen until cmos clear then the same happens.
Computer shows that it knows what all my hardware is but wobt let me past the mobo screen.
If I go into bios I can poke around and see everything is listed as there, correct boot drive ect just no output after this point.
Fans on gpu spin up and gpu specs listed on first screen so it damn well knows what's in there.
Parts:
32gb trident z ddr4 3200hz
2700 ryzen
X370 taichi asrock.

Manual or dridiot both don't list b2 as an error code.
Tried reseating gpu
Changing vga cables
Clearing cmos
Changing hdd
Blah blah.

B2 = Legacy Option ROM Initialization

Check BIOS to see if you have RAID boot enabled. If you don't use RAID, disable it and load UEFI default ssettings.

Update: managed to get windows installed and everything works fine. Almost.
I can only boot to my ssd from bios boot override otherwise I get locked in b2 again.
If I restart from working windows or shutdown I'll get locked in a b2 loop unless I go through bios.
All hardware works fine and passes benchmarks.
Any advice appreciated

Do you have RAID boot enabled in BIOS?

If so, disable it.

Finale:
X370 shipped with 4.8 bios which is either an abomination or corrupt.
Wouldn't flash from asrock app centre.
Force flashed from USB to 5.10.
All is good.
Tl; dr shitty shipped bios and vauge error codes.
