Question mystic light / z270 gaming pro carbon

i have a msi z270 gaming pro carbon i tried changing the red defualt leds on the motherboard with msi mystic light + msi dragon center
its like the program is not detecting my motherboard and the colors is stuck on red no matter how many times i restart or reinstall or update bios its still the same
any fix for this ?

Which BIOS version are you currently on? Which version of the lighting app do you have installed on your platform?
