N560gtx TwinFrozr Ti 2gb Problems

So I just recently bought an MSI twinfrozr 560 2gb. I installed it and updated it to my system, but for some reason it is giving me problems with being extrememly boggy, for example: In desktop i right click to open up the drop down menu and it just sits there with the Blue circle and does not open up the drop down menu. any suggestions? crapped out card?

Have you uninstalled the drivers of your old card and installed those of the new one?

No, don't beleive I've uninstalled my drivers for the other card, where would I do that? I've looked in control panel for my current Gfx card drivers and am not seeing it
