Get ready for two new nano-techs to be introduces in the coming year or two. Carbon nano-tubes are going to be reinforcing materials in the near future to make things extremely strong. This could potentially be a huge boom for the flight industry, racing/off road industiries.. basically anything that needs extra strength without the cost of additional weight.

Two new products: HexBilt and PRO-OX NANO will be coming into play shortly. Patents are in place and ready to open up a new chapter. Dogman, here's your chance to create something big with your engineering degree.

They're no where near making a better battery.. they've tapped that technology out for now. I've followed the process a bit and they're really struggling for the next battery. It really isn't the battery though, it's the power consumption of today that is killing them off.

I see, well...an opportunity for the better I guess.

What about electric jet eingines, and no...I am not refering to duct fan system, more of an induction/ionization system to heat up the air?

Heating via air is the worst way to do anything.. unfortunately, that's how it works. Radiant heating, central air, etc, is all really horrible in the grand scheme of things. If you could cool/heat objects suchs as walls, floors, or other objects, it would last longer. Air doesn't have the mass; Ion propulsion on the other hand has trillions of little particles that makes up the thrust.. except. you just don't turn it off and on.. which is why it is great for space travel.
