Recently I bought Lacie 2big NAS. Well, that was a mistake.

Hardware:
AirPort Express 2011
D-Link DIR-300
Macbook
Notebook with Windows.
Switch

The problem is that I can't see NAS in my LAN. It's simply doesn't have IP address. I switched DHCP on and off, reserved IP for NAS but it doesn't help. Wires are ok and lights are blinking. I saw NAS only couple of times right after factory reset and it's IP was 192.168.1.250 (different from reserved), and it was only for 5 seconds.

Please, help.

Did the LaCie come with an installer? Usually the installer can "find" the hardware on the network and assign it an IP address. Once you have a static IP address assigned (RECOMMENDED) then try a direct connect from a laptop to see if you can access it.

I installed Lacie Network Assistance and it cannot find the hardware either. Also, I tried to awake device throw MAC address and still got nothing. Tried this scheme - 1) from NAS to switch, from switch to PC and 2) from NAS to PC directly - PC cannot detect NAS.
