Question NAS storage access

Hello,

I just got a Netgear Ultra4 NAS with two Seagate 2T drives. I am running windows 10 and using the Netgear r6400 router. When I access the NAS using RAIDar, the control panel shows a healthy status and both drives good. When I look on my pc windows nothing so I go to Network. The NAS shows up but when you click on it, you get the sign in window that logs you into the RAIDar advanced control and setup for the NAS. How do I get set up so I can save to and access the hard drives?

You should be able to map a drive letter in Windows File Explorer.
"Reconnect at Logon" should also be checked.

reconnect is checked and the drive letter selected is Z. Still cannot get access. I should mention that the drive appears under the Network heading and Storage partition.

After clicking Finish, Z does not appear as a drive letter in File Explorer?

It looks just like you have but there is nothing under folder and if I try and browse, there is no choice for me to select and I cannot click on make a new folder.

In your NAS box settings, possibly you need to cause the relevant folder to be shared first.

In my pic above, "//**/NASDrive" is the top level folder on the NAS box, sharing enabled with the right username/password.
